This is a 1980s does 1940s style vintage dress. It would look great with a big brimmed hat, gloves and a clutch. The fabric is green floral silk with stripes of bright flowers in red, orange, and purple. It features long pleated balloon sleeves with elastic cuffs, rounded collar with slight puff sleeves and shoulder pads, elastic waist with hip zipper and snap entry on the side, nice pleated skirt, and matching fabric belt. The label reads "Albert Nipon, 100% silk, Made in Hong Kong, dry clean only, size 4". It's in excellent condition. It measures Bust 36" Waist 20-30" Hip 36". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that was cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
